Good flooring starts with the right preparation for the slab and the space.
What’s the difference between polished concrete and epoxy?
Polished concrete is the existing slab mechanically ground to its chosen sheen. Epoxy is a coating applied over prepared concrete for a seamless finish.
Can epoxy go over old or cracked concrete?
Yes, after the surface is assessed. Crack repairs and grinding may be needed to prepare a sound base for the new coating.
How is dust managed during grinding?
Grind 2 Coat uses HEPA-filtered dust extraction to capture dust at the source during grinding.
What determines the right finish?
The condition of the existing concrete, how the space is used and the appearance you want all help determine the preparation and finish.
